Tim is a training coordinator at a large company. He also teaches part of the classroom training sessions himself.
Tim runs into Lukas, the production manager. Lukas asks:
“Why does team A have far fewer production issues than team C?”
Tim replies: “No idea, I give them all the same training!”
Later, Tim starts to doubt. Why is his training not always effective? He delivers his sessions with enthusiasm. But are new employees actually receiving the right information from their mentors during on‑the‑job training? And is he sure the training content still aligns with the updated work procedures of the past few years?

We improve training programs step by step: starting with an assessment of the current situation, defining required competencies, and designing clear learning pathways. We reorganize and develop training materials, set up supporting systems, and help structure the training organization. Finally, we implement testing, certification and long‑term evaluation to ensure competencies stay up to standard.

When Tim meets production manager Lukas again after a year, he receives compliments.
“I keep hearing enthusiastic feedback from employees and mentors about your training, Tim! We see a clear decrease in production issues across the board. During the last audit, we were also praised for having such clear and well‑structured training programs. Demonstrably effective training; that’s what we’re aiming for.”
Tim beams. Let's continue this!
