Recognizable?

Two developers, Jason and Julian, are discussing a customer request with account manager Roan. It seems like a lot of work, until Roan remembers that something similar was created three years ago. He starts searching the company drive while Jason and Julian wait. After 15 minutes, Roan finds the document but it turns out not to be the right version.

Julian continues searching and realizes he might have a better version on his laptop. Ten minutes later, he finds it but strangely, the version on the company drive has a more recent modification date. Before Jason can start working, he must compare both documents and merge them into a third, new version.

And now they can only hope that this version will still be easy to find three years from now.
