In 2004, Grolsch opened a new state-of-the-art brewery in Enschede. The employees had to be trained for the work there.
Solution
Eluxis developed the training plan in collaboration with Grolsch's training department. The main objective was to increase the technical knowledge level of the employees. We developed approximately 40 workplace training courses for operators of the packaging lines and the pilot brewery in a multi-year training program. We also provided various instructions and workshops.
Outcome
After completing the training, employees were skilled in their work and could be deployed flexibly. This led to a significant increase in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) efficiency. The training is part of an officially recognized operator diploma program and EVC programs. Knowledge transfer is guaranteed (including safety instructions).
