Accurate maintenance and optimization require reliable maintenance information. To this end, Gasunie sought a manageable digital system for its maintenance information (thousands of documents). This system had to be future-proof, without future waste due to conversions from one word processor to another.
Solution
Eluxis developed the OBIS knowledge management system for maintenance information based on Eluxis' IDS. This allows maintenance information to be managed centrally. The information for maintenance staff is linked to the maintenance orders in SAP. Employees receive exactly the right information tailored to their maintenance tasks.
Outcome
With OBIS, Gasunie has centrally recorded and secured maintenance. This can be optimized centrally. Employees receive exactly the right information for the maintenance task and are thus excellently supported.
