Solution
Animo has purchased SwipeGuide software. This makes it very easy to create digital manuals and offer them online. Eluxis developed the content. We created practical, clear, step-by-step manuals. We also determined which photos and animations were needed for each step. The manuals can be viewed on this webpage. The manuals are designed according to the principles of minimalism. Minimalism is the best practice for creating instructions; it has been extensively tested, both scientifically and practically.
Outcome
Users call the helpdesk less often and products are no longer returned prematurely. The manuals are flexible and much cheaper to translate and maintain.
