Caiway provides television, internet, and telephone services. To make it easy for customers to set up and use these services, clear instructions are needed.
Solution
Together with Caiway, Eluxis developed a clear structure for installation and user manuals. Working with Caiway’s product specialists, we developed the manuals, wrote the text, and created the illustrations. We continue to do so today. We also ensure that the manuals remain up to date.
Outcome
The new structure of the documentation has improved the quality of the user information. Because users can install the equipment without errors and activate and use the services without any issues, the burden on customer service has been significantly reduced.
